Reason for Referral

Ms. Nanong was referred for psychological assessment because of her interest in
knowing about her cognitive skills and personality traits.

Background Information
Miss Colleen Nanong is the youngest of four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. All of
her siblings have their own business and same as her mother. Her eldest brother and sister
both have their own families so they dont go home at the same house while her other
brother is still single and they live together with their mom.
From the short-interview I had with Miss Nanong, I can sense that she is a
bubbly-type of person. She is open-minded and you can get along with her easily. She has
been studying in XU since she was Nursery up until she is now on her third year college
in XU. She may never have been an honour student but she never had failing grades ever
since she was in elementary and until high school. She felt that when she reached college,
everything she thought about what school must be has changed. She totally changed; she
lost interest on doing well on her studies because of not getting anything from it. She
somehow gave up. She also has a lot of friends but she choses her friends wisely. She
may have countless number of friends in high school but she only considers 20 below of
friends that she can trust. She can be bossy at times but she is always there for her family
and friends. If she can, she will.
Behavioural Observations During Assessment
 During the interview she does not have any unusual behaviour although from
what Ive observe on her, she has an open personality. She is not hesitant to answer all of
my questions.

Test Interpretation
For Miss Nanongs Ability Tests, she most like possesses above average
intelligence. She may really give all her efforts to answer the tests properly even if there
are so many tests being answered during that day. She managed to take the test seriously
and did not end up sleeping while taking the test.
Most of Miss Nanongs Personality Tests are High. She has a high anxiety level so
she is prone to have compulsive behaviour or panic attacks. Also her Liveliness and
Tension are high. By just simply observing her a few times, you can see how she can be
energetic and open-minded towards things and people.
Miss Nanong doesnt accomplish tasks well. Base on her results, she has a very
poor Achievement grade. She just maybe lack of motivation to do tasks well. She follows
orders and complies with laws. She has a very high chance to diverge from other people.
Everyone knows about this that Miss Nanong is a very well organized person. The results
perfectly match. Miss Nanong has plenty of friends and she can be approachable at times
but as what I have stated about Miss Nanong is that she has countless number of friends
before but started realizing that she need to keep her circle small. Miss Colleen Nanongs
interpretation score is low and this means she does not analyse behaviours and feelings of
others. Miss Nanong wants to receive support and attention from others. Not all of the
results perfectly matches the persons whole. Miss Nanongs results can be wrong
because of the time she took the test. Confusion can be one factor that Miss Nanongs
results are not true.

Recommendations
Based on the test results of Ms. Nanong, with the help of the test results of Ms.
Nanong, she can identify what traits she must be focusing in order to have a great
personality. She must overcome her weakness and start doing it.
