- This specification describes the general features of a Fuel-Lub srvice body unit suitable for
fitment to an 6x4 truck cab/chassis to provide lube service to mine site equipment.this
configuration is based around lincoln lubrication components and utilises a diesel-driven
package compressor unit to provide power for the product pumps.

- Construct a heavy duty tray body with steel channel mainrunners, crossbearers and coamings
floor from 5mm steel checkerplate only where required. Galvanized mesh grating fitted as floor
in all access areas. Tray structure to be fishplated and bolted to chassis rail webs in accordance
with chassis manufaturers recommendations.
- Heavy duty cab rack (bulkhead) to be cab height with expanded metal screen over rear
window. Cab rack to beused for mounting of work and strobe lights.
- Acess ladders to be provided

- Lockable tool and filter storage compartments to be provided. Filter storage cabinet to include
used filter drawer from mesh with drainage to the bottom of the cabinet. Drainage outlet to be
fitted at base oc cabinet and be suitable for evacuation with waste evacuation system.

- Reel cabinet to be fitted across rear of tray body with approx 900mm grund clearance. Drip
tray to be fitted at base of cabinet with outlet port compatable with waste evacuation sysytem.
- All cabinets to be fabricated in 3mm mild steel (unless spcified otherwise) and fitted with
heavy duty hinges, locks, and rubber seals.
- All product tank to be fabricated from minimum 5mm steel plate, and incorporate flexible
mountings, and a throw-over manlid complete with vent.
- Tanks designed for bottom fill into side of relevant tank via BANLAW bulk fill connectors.
- Light sight tubes (full height) from reinforced flexible hose fitted.
- Plumbing to be run under tray body where possible.
- Long runs of plumbing to be in schedule pipe with rated hoses at flex points
- Install ATLAS COOPCO XAS47Dd diesel driven packaged compressor unit (compressor rated for
approx 85cfm and 100 psi. Unit to be mounted to allow access for operation and servicing.
ATLAS COOPCO Aftercooler and water separator to be installed in discharge line to save pumps
from water damage.
- High capacityfilter / regulator unit to be fitted on the air receiver outline.
- Fit air dispencing system including :
Cobra spring rewind hose reel
Air pressure regulator
10m of 1/2 NB hose complete with hose stop and quick release coupler.
Tyre inflator and blow down gun.

- Diesel tank of 1,500L capacity to be fabricated from 5mm mild steel and include a throw-over
manlid complete with vent. Filling to be via BANLAW receiver into side of tank with auto shut-off
as tank pressurises. Tank to be flexibly mounted to tray structure members.
- Dispense sysytem to include:
Air operated LINCOLN 2, diaphragm pump.
Meter - Liquid Controls LC-M7-C1.
Reel - Reelcraft spring rewind hose reel complete with 10m of 1" dia hose, and standard
fuelling nozzle.
- Oil tank to be fabricated from 5mm mild steel, and fill/discharge ports, and include a throw-
over manlid complete with vent.
-Individual tanks to provide following:
Engine oil - 15W40 1,250 Ltr
Hydraulic Oil - SAE30W 1,250 Ltr
- Each of two (2) oil dispensing systems to include:
Pump - Air Operated LINCOLN Stub Pump.

Filter - ARLON GA120 high pressure filter complete with differential clogging indicator.
Meters - TUTHILL FPP meters.
Reel - REELCRAFT spring rewind hose reel complete with 15m of 1/2 " hose stop and BANLAW
coupling for relevant oil type.

- Construct a 1,000 litre mild steel tank from 5mm steel plate and include a throw-over manlid
complete with vent and camlock with cap. Tank to be internately treated for storage of coolant.
- Dispensing system to include :
Air operated LINCOLN diapragm pump

Cobra spring rewind hose reel complete with 15m of 1/2" hose. Hose stop and water faucet.
Meter - FLOMEC OM025A441-220M1
- Manufacture and mount special grease pod with capacity approx 400kg and with dimensions
to suit available space. Grease pod to be set up for in-situ refilling with ball valve and camlock
coupling to side.
- High Pressure grease supply to comprise the following:
LINCOLN 50:1 air powered high pressure grease pump.

Air line to pump to come from manifold that has filter / lubricator and an isolating ball valve.
Reelcraft spring rewind hose reel complete with 12m os 3/8" high pressure hose.
LINCOLN control valve and Z-swivel.
Construct 1,000 ltr waste oil tank from 5mm mild steel, complete with baffles, and fill/discharge
ports and include a throw-over manlid complete with vent.
Air operated LINCOLN waste evacuation pump (1.5"diaphragm pump) with valving to allow
pumped fill and pumped discharge of the tank.
Reelcraft spring rewind hose reel with 15m of 1" NB hose stop, quick release coupling and
BANLAW fitting for engine oil evacuation (transmission oil and hydraulic oil fittings also
supplied).
Tray body to be refitted with rear combination lights from cab-chassis with repeater set of
HELLA LED rear combination top/tail/turn light mounted high at rear. Clearance lights fitted to
front and sides. Revere lights fitted low and rear.
Strobe - Supply and install one (1) only PRECO amber strobe light to top of headboard power
supplied from truck battery.
Work Lights - Fit six (6) only HELLA 24V worklights (two toright hand side, two to left hand side
and two in rear side). Light to be run off compressor / generator set with voltage changed to
24Vdc using voltage converters.
Cabinet Lights - Clear 24Vdc light to be fitted in all cabinets with switching as door opens and
closes. Power from compressor / generator.
All wiring to be in conduit.

Entire steel structure (including tank exteriors) to be blast cleaned , well primed with Epoxy
based primer and then coated with 2 coats of poly urethane paint (color to be white)
Interior of coolant tank to be blast cleaned and then painted with two coats of epoxy paint for
corrosion protection.
Vehicle to be signwrittten with corporate logo.
All product storage tanks, tank inlet/outlets, hose, reels and switches to be labelled in both
English and Indonesian
Fit Mudflaps behind rear tyres.
Fit manufactureres serial number and identification plates

Hino FM260 6 x 4 - Mounted water tanker

- This specification describes the general features of 10000 ltr water tanker mounted on
suitable Japanese Truck 6x4 cab chasis for discharging water. Unit uses hydraulic power from
PTO/Pump off the truck engine to power water pump and feed water from the tank to the spray
heads. the pump and spray equipment fitted to the unit will be suitable for dust suppression
watering over partial width of mine road.

- Single Compartment tank will be fabricated from 6mm mild steel plate with pressed corners
for the base, sides, end wall, wash plates and baffles. Tank top from 6mm mild steel plate.
- The tank has transferse and longitudinal (wash plates) internal baffles to reduce the effects of
product surge.
- Doubler plates will be fitted for reinforcing at all mounting points.
- The main runners will be sizedto provide strength to the tank structure yet kept as low as
possible so as to not adversely affect the stability of the tank/truck unit.

- Internal steps for case of accessto the inside of the tank will be cut into thebaffles.
- Bolted removable inspection / access covers will be installed on the tank at each compartment
to assist in inspection and or repairs. All inspection covers will be bolted utilising stainless steel
bolts.
- Rear platform to be profided for mounting pump. Galvanized non slip grating in walkways
areas.
- Lifting lugs will be installed on the tank to allow easy removal and fitting.
-Tank will be mounted to the truck chassis in accordance with SSBT's and the truck
manufacturers recommendations.
- Access to the top of the tank will be via a ladder from the rear, with handrails fitted at top of
tank.
- Wakways areas to be painted in non-slip paint.
- PTO - to be supplied and fitted to the truck engine by client and to be complete with cab-
mounted controls - by Client.

- Pump - supply and fit variable displacement pump that will be close-coupled to the PTO.
- Flow Control - oil flow to hydramotor to be set to low, medium or high flow by activation of a
switch in cab. This signal will be used in control box to adjust the oil flow and hence the
hydramotor speed. Once set, variable displacement pump will vary its output as engine speed
varies so as to maintain that flow required.

- Tank - Supply and install approx 250L slab tank at front. Tank to fitted with filter/breather
temperature gauge, internal suction screen filter and return filter and also level sight glass.
- Hydraulic oil will be dirrected through cooling pipes inside the tank. During spraying
operations hydraulic oil passing through the cooling pipes will dissipate heat into the surronding
water.
- Rated hose and fittings to be used throughout.
Oil lines to pump at rear to be run through the tank for cooling purposes.
- Pump - one (1) Southern Cross 100x65-250 centrifugal pump capable of delivering
appoximately 20L/s and 100psi total head at 2500rpm will be installed at the rear of tank .
Pump to be fitted with silicon carbide / ceramic seal.

- Hydramotor - water pump to be coupled to a Vickers 26M-42A or equivalent hydramotor via


flexible coupling and mounted on a base frame at the rear of the tank.

- Suction line - to be 100mm dia galveanized steel pipe with galvanized suction strainer inlet
and including manually-operated isolation valve and flexible connection to pump.
- Pressure side lines to be 80mm and 65mm galvanized steel pipe with flexible connector on
discharge side of pump.
- All pipework in suction and pressure side of pump to be fabricated in black steel pipe which is
then fully galvanized. All flange connections to use galvanized steel nuts/bolts and suitable
gaskets.

Discharge from pump to be able to be directed to one of the three following outputs:
- Road watering - two (2) only Magnum 1019D spray heads (one to either side). All spray heads
to incorporate air operated on-off valve operation. Spray head are fully adjusted to achieve
good saturation patternat site.
- Wash Down water Cannon - Supply and fit Magnum MM40 manually controlled mini water
cannon on rear of the tank. Water supply controlled via manually operated butterfly valve
mounted in close proximity.
An Integrated control panel will be mounted in the truck cabin to front left side of driver to
provide the following
Control panel to include :
- Electrical Power on/off
- Electrical Worklight switches
- Strobe light switch
- Penematic switch to operate diverter valve for selection of high or low application rate.
- Pneumatic switches to operate the spray heads.
- Switch to select low, medium or high flow rate.
- Low level Cut-out - when activated the cut-out switch actives a warning light and alarm in the
control box
- Tank interior to be blast cleaned to class 2.5 followed by a single coat of high solids, high
build, catalyzed epoxy paint treatment to a dry film thickness of 400-500 micrometers. Coating
integrity to tested using spark test.
- Tank exterior to blast cleaned to class 2.5, primed and painted polyurethane to the costumers
required fleet color.
- Non slip paint to be used on tank roof walk ways.
- All ladders to be painted safety yellow.
- Logo and written

- Strobe - (one) only ECCO6570A or equinalent amber strobe lights will be mounted on the top
of the tank at rear. Strobe lights to be switched at control box in cab.
- Fog Lights - two (2) only NARVA 72260 or equivalent fog lamp with yellow color .
- Work light - Two (2) only NARVA 72460 or equivalent worklights to be fitted to the rear of the
tank for lighting pump & spray bar.
- Rear lght - Rear brake / turn lights from truck to be fitted to rear of the truck and an additional
set of HELLA LED-type light to be fitted at top of tank and inter inter connected with truck
lights.
- Reverse Alarm - one (1) onle ECCO HEEM630 or equivalent reverse alarm to be fitted.
- All wiring to be in conduct with junction boxe at critical access points.
- Attach serial number and manufacturers identification plates

This specification describes the general features of a25 seat Manhaul body for fitment t
aJapanese Truck 6x4 cab chassis of suitable wheelbase. The Unit is of robust construction
suitable for arduous conditions and is generally in accordance with Indonesian regulations for
mine site type operations.

- Floor - to be fabricated from galavanized, high tensile, heavy wall RHS steel cross bearrers that
are fastened to the webof the truck chassis frame. Longitudinal stringers to be suitably located
for fastening of the floor, seat etc.
- Side Roof and ends to be framed in galvanized, high tensile, heavy wall RHS steel tube and
designed to ensure alignment of floor bearers, window pillars and roof bows for structural
integrity.

- Side frame to incorporate diagonal bracing for additional strength.


- The frame design is generally in accordance with Australian Design rule # ADR59/00 for
Omnibus Roll-Over Strength.
- Heavy duty rear push-bar bumper to be formed from rolled steel C-section and braced to the
extended truck chassis frame. Bumper is to be made dep enough to also act as astep for
emergency exit via the rear window and exit ladders.

- Lower skirt rail has been designed with an angled surface to shed water and mud for superior
corrossion resistance - skirt to finish level with the bottom of the truck chassis rail.

Body attached to chassis rails with a fabricated heavy duty pedestal/cross member assembly
rail using grade 8 bolts and nyloc nuts.
- The Heavy duty chasis/ body mounting pedestal at the rear spring hanger and at the extreme
rear of the body extends both above and below the chassis rail with afitted cross- member
fabricated from RHS mounted below the chassis which also includes diagonal bracing to the
ends of the body cross-berer to form a truss.

- Side panels (external ) to be from 1.2mm galvanized sheet welded to the frame structure. All
sheets to be primed on the inside prior to fastening, all welds will be cleaned and primed to
ensure positive rust prevention.
- Roof sheeting from 1.2mm galvanized sheet welded to the roof bows and cant rails. All sheets
to be primed on the inside prior to fastening, all welds will be cleaned and primed to ensure
positive rust prevention . Careful attention to be made to ensuring a long lasting waterproof seal
at all rivets and sheet joints.
- Wheel boxes to be fabricated from minimum 3mm galvanized steel sheet.
- Step well to be fabricated from minimum 3mm galvanized steel sheet.

Floor to be from 4mm aluminium chequer plate ove the top of 18mm marine grade plywood.
Floor to be fastened to the floor frame mechanically and also by high strength adhesive.
- Interior ceiling panel to be cloth glued to sheeting that has been riveted in place.
- Interior side panels to be zincannel below seat line but otherwise cloth material glued to
sheeting that has been riveted into place.
- Roof and sides to be insulated with injected polyurethane foam.

- Aluminium frame 'fixed" 1/3 depth windows with grey tint to be fitted. Lower 2/3 section slides
open for added fentilation. Windows to be fitted in heavy duty key rubber.
- Rear window to be 'Knock Out " type for use as an emergency exit. Two (2) ladders to be fitted
at rear below the window. Rear bumper to also act as a step.

- One (1) only roof mounted ventilation hatches. This hatch is also an emergency escape hatch.

- Entrance door to be pnumatically operated, saloon door fitted with insert windows for visibility.
Door to be suitable sealed against dust, moisture and noise. Handles to be fitted on both inside
and outside - air controls for door operation to be mounted in truck cabin.
