As I am sure you are aware, the JBSC was formed by the City of Cincinnati and the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County to make recommendations to the City and the County regarding the development of the “Banks Development” along the City riverfront. There are no regularly scheduled meetings of the BSC. Meetings are scheduled when the need arises for the JBSC to consider and make a recommendation to the City and the County. When a meeting is scheduled, a public notice of the meeting is provided to the public including news media.
