Warranty ‘THE MACHINE IS DESIGNED AND MADE FOR A DAILY OPERATION OF EIGHT HOURS OVERALL AND FIVE DAYS PER WEEK. ‘A MORE INTENSE USE REDUCES THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THE MACHINE. Global Line Group SRL. guarantees its machine to be free from meterial and manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of the goods being ready. Such period will be reduced proportionally in the event of operation exceeding the eight hours per day and five days per week. The warranty refers only to the free repair or replacement of those parts that, after careful ‘examination by our technical ofice, are found to be defective. ‘The warranty is not intended for parts subject to natural wear like belts, chains, bearings, brakes, ete For motors, electrical and/or hydraulic part and what is not manufactured by Global Line Group SRL, the warranty is replaced in all effect with the one issued by the manufacturer. ‘The warranty, with the exclusion of any responsibility for director indirect damage, is limited to the sole material defects, and ceases to have effect should the parts be found to have been in any way disassembled, tampered with or repaired not in our factory. Active safety device Receiver The machine has an active safety device installed to supervise the front area of the press. The active safety device is a photoelectric curtain arranged to avoid contact of body parts of the operator present in the primary ‘working area (Ref. 7.3 at page 38) against dangerous part of the press during the press action. ‘The curtain is placed in accordance with the harmonized normative “UNI EN 999:2008 — Safety of machinery - The positioning of protective equipment in respect of approach ‘speeds of parts of the human body’.
