4.4 Years, I have worked in Oracle Apps in both areas (Technical,
Functional)

One Implementation i.e. Oracle Application Rebranding like
(Oracleskins.com) completely end to end.

For the above mentioned implementation was carried by me, alone.

8. How many days on an average do you take in developing a form?


Depending on requirement but usually, 1.5 days including
documentation, test case and configuration file.

9. Can you please tell me about the complex forms you have developed so far?
No, I have not worked on form development completely.

10.Have you worked on payroll? Have you written fast formulas Edited or
developed?
Yes edited, when the unpaid leave amount was not calculating in the
formula due to which pay amt reaching to employee was incorrect.
Secondly, Proration logic added to the earning element for the
employees who join in mid of the month.

11.What role have you played in client interfacing?


Gathering requirement from the client on the new
development/enhancement work.
Resolving their day to day issues they facing in the application like Pay
slip, Absence Leave/accrual calculation issues, Payroll issues, iRec
vacancies, P60, Self Service HR issues etc.
Explaining them the root cause of the issue and how we resolve it.
Creating all the testing cases , configuration end to end for key
business user in critical testing phase, etc.

12.Current Project Status (UAT/Delivered/Bench)?


Delivered and its Live now.
13.What excites you about the technology you work on?
OAF, redesigning the entire application and give complete transform look to
the business users with added icons on the page. Like below one which I have
designed for Heathrow Airport (UK).
