Central Idea : Having a healthy mouth is important for overall. Healthy teeth and gums

play an important part in your ability to smile, eat, speak and socialize.

A. Gaining Attention There are many oral diseases caused not
brushing teeth
B. Motivating the audience Keeping your teeth clean and healthy is easy to
do.
Taking care of your teeth need not be an
onerous task. It can be as simple as 3 minutes a
day brushing your teeth in the morning and
before going to bed at night.
If your teeth are not healthy, you cant be
healthy

A. The Definition of brushing teeth the act of scrubbing teeth with a

toothbrush bristles and handles. Most are
harmless, but others can cause cold and flu
viruses, the herpes virus that causes cold sores,
and bacteria that can cause periodontal
