optional. Both could be active beneficiaries or one could be
active and another contingent beneficiary (declaring a
contingent beneficiary is optional). You can have any
number of beneficiaries.

You need to compile list of all beneficiaries that you wish to

beneficiary is Minor or mentally incapacitated, relationship,
permanent address and correspondence address. Both

Role of Executor is mentioned in FAQ posted on

www.ezeewill.com. Apart from other details which you would
naturally know (name, phone number etc.), providing correct
Permanent address and correspondence address is

You can consider choosing "Warmond" as professional

executor. This service attracts additional charge of 0.5% of
the fair value of total asset i.e. if the total assets are worth
INR One Crore, then, the Executor service charge will be
INR 50,000.

4d Public Provident Fund (PPF)
Bank Name / Post Office Name, Branch Name (If bank) is
mandatory. Account number and Address (Branch or Post
office) and IFSC (in case of Bank) is optional.

skip this section.

If you are holding Mutual Fund in above mentioned Demat

Account, you need not provide any information in this section
as what is stated in Demat account section, will be

If you are holding Mutual Fund in paper form, Mutual Fund

5c Bond If you are holding Bonds in above mentioned Demat

Account, you need not provide any information in this section
as what is stated in Demat account section, will be
automatically applicable to Bonds held in that account.

6 Immovable Properties
If it is held in Joint name, providing Joint Holder details
(Name, Address and Date of Birth) is mandatory. If Joint
account holder is Minor, Guardian details (Name, Address)
is to be provided.

Property Mortgage information may be given if it exist. This

is optional.
Providing information in this section is NOT Mandatory.

If you do not have Provident Fund account, you may skip

7a Provident Fund (PF) this section.

If you have a Provident Fund account you may provide the

detail (which is optional).
Providing information in this section is NOT Mandatory.

If you do not have Pension Fund account, you may skip this
7b Pension Fund section. However, if you have a Pension Fund account,
please provide Name of Pension Plan (which includes the
entity offering this Pension Service). Pension Account
number is optional.

8 Life Insurance Policies
If you do not have Life Insurance Policy, you may skip this
section. However, if you have a Life Insurance Policy,
please provide the Name of Insurance Company, the same
is mandatory. Other details such as Policy Number, Policy
Start Date, Policy Maturity Date, Sum assured are optional.

mandatory. If you do not have any assets classifying in the
above category, you may skip this section.

Optionally, providing details of mortgage / loan against any

section.

9b Digital Assets Digital Assets comprise of Digital Photographs, Software

code, Software / System Patents etc. Free text box provided
to give the Asset description. If it is held in Joint name,
providing Joint Holder details (Name, Address and Date of
Birth) is mandatory. If Joint holder is Minor, Guardian details
(Name, Address) is to be provided.

If you do not have any liabilities (of Loan or being a

Guarantor to someones Loan account), you may skip this
section.

If you have taken Loan, you need to provide the Entity Name
who has your Loan account. The other details such as
10 Liabilities Address, Start Date, Closure Date, and Loan Account
Number are optional.

If you are Guarantor, you may provide name of the individual

/ entity for whom you stand guarantee.

You may also define as to who will be responsible after your

demise, of repaying this liability. This will have to be
selected from one of the beneficiaries defined by you.
