Actually we consign 10 or more persons for training and usually those laborers are painters. They have
skilled on mixing paints, classification of points and different brand of paints.

Their is no difficult if the contractor will follow the 3 major regulation, first is the BP 344 ( Batasang
Pambansa 344) Second is NBC or (National Building Code) last is the FCP or ( Fir code of the Philippines)

person because there is a possibility that my laborer will fight back. Or they resign their work.

earthquake, typhoons or other natural calamities or whether conditions. And also delayed delivery of
materials supply.

If we compare ormoc city into other citieslike manila, cebu and davao the percentage rate will 100 % if
we rate ormoc city the percentage rate will be 50 % to 80 %, because ormoc city is not highly an organize
city and because, its still belong into class C city. Example of class A cities are (manila or Luzon Areas) ,
while class B ( Bacolod ), class C ( ormoc, acloban) and class D (small cities)
