Every night you get to point at a player. The narrator

will tell you if they have been naughty or nice.

If you get eliminated, call out the reindeer one at a time on the
next night. “Now Dasher, now Dancer, now Prancer and
Vixen! On Comet, On Cupid, On Dunder and Bliksem”. They
get to open their eyes. Once two of them have opened their
eyes, stop calling them and let them go back to sleep.

The Grinch (29)

Every night the grinches pick

someone to take out of the game and
open a present.

Rudolph (28)

Every night you must pick a player. If

the grinches point to you, the player you
selected will be eliminated instead (unless
you are pointing at a grinch, in that case,
you will be out).
Dasher (26)

When you get eliminated, inform the narrator that they get to

If Olive is in play, you will wake up after Olive on the first
night and the narrator will tell you which direction Olive is
closest to you. If Olive ever ends up next to you in the game,
you will be automatically eliminated.

Queeny the Gay Elf (18)

When first eliminated, open a

present. If you do not like it, go
ahead and switch it with someone
else.

Hunky the Gay Elf (17)

Once you have a present, players

cannot steal your gift without your
permission!
 Butchy the Gay Elf (16)

When eliminated, you get to take

someone with you and they have to
open their present first!

Hermey the Misfit Elf (15)

At your discretion, simultaneously

unlock two presents for one more
trade.

Twinky the Gay Elf (14)

When eliminated, peak at two

presents while everyone is asleep and
fully open the one you want.
 Robbie (13)

You are just a reindeer.

If Vixen has been eliminated from the game before you, you
must offer to take her present when you are eliminated. If
she wants to keep it, then you may take a turn as normal.

Leroy, the Redneck Reindeer (11)

You are just a reindeer.

When eliminated, the narrator must inform you if one of the
two players next to you is a grinch. If there is one beside you,
you must pick one of them to eliminate from the game.

Old Jingle (10)

When both people sitting next to you are

eliminated, you must reveal yourself the
next day and take yourself out of the
game. Whoever, the grinches targeted
the night before will remain safe.
 Frosty the Snowman (9)

The grinches cannot get Santa until

you have been eliminated.

Bitchy the Gay Elf (8)

Once eliminated, you may choose to

steal a gift from someone right after
they open their present, but you can
only do this once!

Horny the Gay Elf (7)

When eliminated, all players holding

gifts must pass their gifts to the next
eliminated player to the right! Then
you can open a new gift or trade.
Tweeky the Gay Elf (4)

When eliminated, the players with

gifts sitting closest to your left and
right may choose to lock on to their
presents.

Max (2)

Every night the grinches pick

someone to take out of the game and
open a present.

Black Peter (1)

Every night, pick a player. They

automatically will be among the two
who must defend themselves.
For larger games, feel free to add these characters
that can slightly speed up play.
Cupid (21)

You are just a reindeer.

On the first night, select two players to be

lovers. If one is eliminated, the other will
follow on the next night.

*Note: Cupid is powerless if Rudolf and Clarice are both in play.

Clarice (12)

You are just a reindeer.

If Rudolf is in play, you will both be awakened on the
first night to identify each other. If one of you gets
eliminated, the other will automatically follow the
next night.

Olive, the Other Reindeer (5)

You are just a reindeer.

If Bliksem is in play, you will on the first night for
identification and the narrator will tell Bliksem which
direction you are from them. If you end up next to Bliksem in
the game, they will be automatically eliminated.

You become a grinch after one of the

grinches has been found.

Bumble (3)

On the first night, you wake up after Rudolf and the

narrator will inform you if Rudolf is closer to your
left or right.

If the grinches pick you at night, you will not be

eliminated. Instead you become one of the grinches
the following evening.

Oogie Boogie (27)

On the first night, you wake up after Santa and the

narrator will inform you if Santa is closer to your left
or right.

If the grinches pick you at night, you will not be

eliminated. Instead you become one of the grinches
the following evening.
