PERSONAL STATEMENT International Human Resources professional with a track record of developing
organisational effectiveness. I enjoy working in HR as it gives me the ability to work with
people, develop teams and transform them into a function that leads to company success.
My key advantage is wide knowledge of all operational and strategic HR activities: change
management, personnel development, recruitment, personnel administration, labor law,
SAP HR. Besides, I have strong willingness to learn in order to improve my competencies
in new fields of work and thus help the organization to reach its goals.
I am responsible for supporting complex global structures in the HR field of work. I
coordinate local HR departments in affiliaties and implement HR politics, which are
delegated by HQ (mother company) in order to assure synchronized realization of HR
strategy.
During my professional career, I have optimized and modernized a lot of different HR
processes, using the most recent and various IT solutions. I have led few international
projects, in which we implemented following tools (in HQ Slovenia and in our affiliates,
located in Russia and Macedonia):
1. SAP ERP (HR module),
2. reporting system QlickView (QV),
3. recruitment module SAP SuccessFactors,
4. Predictive Index (PI) behavioral tool,
5. custom made application for annual interviews and development plans,
6. unified recruitment and personnel development module: based on predefined required
competencies for specific positions.
Lately, I am a strategic partner and change agent to middle management teams for
different areas, supporting the personnel development and management of change. I
create and implement the HR strategy, aligned with overall business strategy.
I am also in charge of all questions related to labor legislation, which is my professional
expertise. One of my regular responsibilities is assuring that all reorganizations,
terminations and other processes, are executed in accordance with labor legislation.

I develop and implement new and enhanced group-wide HR policies, frameworks, processes,
systems and tools, representing the "voice of the business" and influence the development of HR
strategies and new opportunities to add value aligned to the strategic business agenda. Reporting
directly to the Group Director of HR & Legal Affairs I am in charge of all labor legislation's questions,
which are my expertise. I am responsible for coordination of HR departments in our foreign affiliates,
personnel development, restructuring of competencies , negotiation with company's Trade
Union/Works Council, recruitment and management of reorganizations.
My main responsibilities are:
Transfer of HR policy from HQ to associated companies abroad-especially in Russia & Macedonia
(coordination, implementation, follow up).

coordination of all activities which were necessary to change current systematization. The number of
available positions has been reduced in order to simplify and unify formally similar positions.
Afterwards I also modernized a few SAP (HCM) functionalities, therefore using of SAP became easier
for other HR consultants.

Projects Employees (competencies) restructuring


According to new company's vision, mission, values and strategy, in which company's primary focus
has been expanded from telco solutions in some other industries, we have to acquire new expert
knowledge in different verticals. Our new goal is to integrate our expert knowledge of telco solutions
with some other industries and become unique solution provider for our customers.
At the beginning we have defined missing gaps between existing and requiered competencies.
Afterwards we have decided, how identified gaps will be fulfilled. In some cases we have decided for
hiring of individuals with some expert and rare knowledge in different industries. In other cases
existing employees have been sent to extensive training programmes in order to become competent
enough in our new fields of work.

Implementation of unified competence models in Iskratel Group


I am leading HR project within Iskratel Group (Slovenia, Russia, Macedonia, etc.), in which unified
recruitment and development model, based on pre-defined required competencies, is being
implemented in HQ and in Iskratel's affiliates, located abroad.

Changing of organizational culture


I am a team member in the strategic project, which first goal was to determine new company's
mission, vision, values since company is facing with contemporary challenges. The project includes
also organizational changes, coaching of existing managers, internal academy for perspective young
managers, hiring of experts with some rare, new knowledge in specific field of work.

QlikView implementation
QlikView Business Discovery platform enables completely independent business reporting, which
empowers business users in adopting innovative decision. Platform has been implemented in order to
enable more clear and matrix aspects of vision of all important HR data, which are located in SAP.

Implementation of employment contracts in SAP


Templates of all employment contracts/annexes were imported in SAP. Documents are now prepared
automatically based on data which have already been entered in SAP just by selecting appropriate
template.

SAP HCM roll out in IskraUralTel (Russian Federation)


Roll out project represented an implementation of SAP (HCM) production environment in ZAO
IskraUralTel, Ltd., which is the most important Iskratels subordinate affiliate abroad. I was responsible
for coordination and organization of all operational activities. At the beginning, I had to find out Russian
specific needs and requirements, which were then taken into account during the process of
implementation. Afterwards, I provided all necessary data to SAP HCM consultant, who did required
adjustments. Meanwhile, I trained our Russian colleagues how to use SAP HCM and offered them
user support.
