PERSONAL STATEMENT International Human Resources professional with a track record of developing
organisational effectiveness. I enjoy working in HR as it gives me the ability to work with
people, develop teams and transform them into a function that leads to company success.
My key advantage is wide knowledge of all operational and strategic HR activities: change
management, personnel development, recruitment, personnel administration, labor law,
SAP HR. Besides, I have strong willingness to learn in order to improve my competencies
in new fields of work and thus help the organization to reach its goals.
I am responsible for supporting complex global structures in the HR field of work. I
coordinate local HR departments in affiliaties and implement HR politics, which are
delegated by HQ (mother company) in order to assure synchronized realization of HR
strategy.
During my professional career, I have optimized and modernized a lot of different HR
processes, using the most recent and various IT solutions. I have led few international
projects, in which we implemented following tools (in HQ Slovenia and in our affiliates,
located in Russia and Macedonia):
1. SAP ERP (HR module),
2. reporting system QlickView (QV),
3. recruitment module SAP SuccessFactors,
4. Predictive Index (PI) behavioral tool,
5. custom made application for annual interviews and development plans,
6. unified recruitment and personnel development module: based on predefined required
competencies for specific positions.
Lately, I am a strategic partner and change agent to middle management teams for
different areas, supporting the personnel development and management of change. I
create and implement the HR strategy, aligned with overall business strategy.
I am also in charge of all questions related to labor legislation, which is my professional
expertise. One of my regular responsibilities is assuring that all reorganizations,
terminations and other processes, are executed in accordance with labor legislation.

My main responsibilities were:
Selection of candidates and recruitment (different channels: Linkedin Recruiter, HH, agencies,
advertisement of vacancies; interviews; behavioral testing).
Managing procedures of employments and terminations.
Processing employment registration forms (M1, M2, M3).
Maintenance data in SAP (HR module) daily.
Automation/Integration of CV Database.
Elaboration of job descriptions and payroll system.
Cooperation/bargaining with the Trade Union/Works Council.
Budget projections for the coming year.
Controlling of labor relations in subordinate affiliates located abroad.
Ensuring that all HR processes are consistent with the principles of labor law.
Ensuring full compliance of HR Documentation with local and company requirements.
Managing HR cloud software: SuccessFactors (recruitment module).
Managing the process of evaluating employees regarding their individual work efficiency.
Responsibility for companys organizational structure.
Planning HC and labor costs for the group Iskratel.
Payroll system: proposing innovations for the salary system and their implementation.
Establishing proper monthly reporting (statistics, costs, issues, analysis)
Responsible for tracking changes to the Labor Legislation.

coordination of all activities which were necessary to change current systematization. The number of
available positions has been reduced in order to simplify and unify formally similar positions.
Afterwards I also modernized a few SAP (HCM) functionalities, therefore using of SAP became easier
for other HR consultants.
My main reponsibilities were:
Preparing new systematization.
Cooperation at HR development processes.
Cooperation at preparing new company collective agreement.
SAP (HCM module) modernization.
Support of some other HR processes, which are more closely connected with labor law.

QlikView Business Discovery platform enables completely independent business reporting, which
empowers business users in adopting innovative decision. Platform has been implemented in order to
enable more clear and matrix aspects of vision of all important HR data, which are located in SAP.
