Officer-In-Charge, Eastern Samar Parole and Probation Office, the herein 1st
Indorsement dated 11 January 2017 from Atty. Perla Y. Duque, Program Director of the
DOJ Action Center in re: personal request of Mr. Silvino C. Macawile made before the
DOJAC Office, requesting for the status of the application for probation of accused,
Zosimo Acid and that the approval of said probation take into consideration the
payment to him of the amount of P2,577.00 as stated in the courts order before
granting said application for probation by the accused.

In view of the foregoing, you are hereby ordered to inform directly Mr. Macawile
of your action regarding this matter and copy furnish Parole and Probation
Administration-Central Office and the DOJ Action Center.
