Bishop Rennis Ponniah
President
The Right Revd Rennis Ponniah has been
installed as the Ninth Bishop of the Diocese of
Singapore on 20 October 2012. He leads the
Diocese of Singapore which comprises 27
parishes locally and six deaneries in Cambodia,
Indonesia, Laos, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam.
Bishop Rennis Ponniah was the Vicar of St
Johns-St Margarets Church from July 1993 to
September 2012. He was first ordained as a
deacon and priest in 1990 and 1991 respectively.
In 1999, he was collated as Canon in St Andrews
Cathedral, Singapore. He was then instituted and
appointed as an Archdeacon from 2002 to 2005.
In 2005, he was consecrated and appointed as
Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Singapore.
Bishop Rennis holds a B. Soc. Sc (Hons) in
Sociology from the University of Singapore and a
Masters of Divinity from Trinity Theological
College, Singapore. He is married to Amir and
they have four grown-up children.
Bishop Dr Chong Chin Chung
Vice President
Bishop Dr Chong Chin Chung has been a
Methodist pastor for the past 32 years. He served
for two terms (20082016) as the Chinese Annual
Conference (CAC) President before he was
elected as Bishop of The Methodist Church in
Singapore on 13 September 2016.
Bishop Dr Chong graduated from Nanyang
University in 1979, where he studied literature.
He obtained a Master of Divinity degree from
Trinity Theological College (TTC) in 1981 and a
post-graduate Master of Theology degree from
Duke Divinity School in 1995. In 2008, he
received his Doctor of Theology degree from the
South East Asia Graduate School of Theology.
He was also a guest lecturer at TTC from 1996 to
2016.
He is married and has three grown children and
three grandchildren.
 Bishop Terry Kee Buck Hwa
Vice President
In 2009, The Right Revd Terry Kee succeeded
Bishop John Tan as the second bishop of the
Lutheran Church in Singapore since its separation
from the Lutheran Church in Malaysia in 1997.
He was former missionary to Thailand for about
10 years with his wife Sally. Sally is now serving
half time as Missions Coordinator for the
Lutheran Church in Singapore.
Bishop Kee has been a Lutheran pastor for the
past 30 years. He was pastor of Bedok Lutheran
Church, Jurong Christian Church, Lutheran
Church of Our Redeemer and Queenstown
Lutheran Church.
In 2007, he received Masters in Pastoral Care and
Counselling at China Lutheran Seminary in
Taiwan. He was also an alumnus of Singapore
Bible College where he obtained his Bachelor of
Theology.
Bishop Kee served as President of NCCS from
2012-2014.

Rt Rev Teo Yew Tiong
Vice-President
Rt Rev Teo Yew Tiong (Senior Minister of
Providence Presbyterian Church). Before serving
in a full time basis, Rev Teo Yew Tiong was an
officer of Singapore 2nd Guards Battalion and
Central Narcotics Bureau.
In 1984, He was baptized at the Mandarin
Congregation of Orchard Road Presbyterian
Church (ORPC), and thus a member of the church.
In 1985, he studied in Singapore Bible College
and graduated with a Bachelor in Theology degree
with honours. In the same year, he started to serve
as a preacher with the Mandarin Congregation in
ORPC. In January 1990, he married sister Tsai
Wen Shih, and is now with a daughter Xing Zhi
and a son Qi Xuan.
In 1997, he was ordained as an Associate Pastor of
the Mandarin Congregation of ORPC and in the
following year he furthered his study for one year
in Tyndale Seminary, majoring in Spiritual
theology and Mission theology. Upon return, Rev
Teo is tasked to be the pastor in charge of the local
and overseas mission works of the Mandarin
Congregation of ORPC. In 2004, with the
sponsorship of the church, Rev Teo attained
Master of Chinese Language and Literature,
Nanjing University, China. His graduation thesis
is a study on a Chinese classics Water Margin, the
Ancient Edition.
Since the church is independent, Rev Teo was
appointed the Chairman of the Elder and Deacons
Court of the Orchard Road Congregation of
Providence Presbyterian Church in October 2006,
and in 2009, he took over the position of Senior
Minister from Rev Dr Lau Fong Meng. In
December 2016, he stepped down as the Chairman
of the Elder and Deacons Court of the Orchard
Road Congregation and handed it over to Rev Dr
Lim Pang Jong.
 Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian
Honorary Secretary
Rev Dr Ngoei Foong Nghian is Principal of
Trinity Theological College which prepares
people to serve in the church and its related
ministries. He has been principal since January
2001. In February 2015, the National Council of
Churches of Singapore appointed him as its
Honorary Secretary. He has served as Board
Chairman of The Association for Theological
Education in South East Asia (ATESEA) which
presides over the accreditation and professional
development of seminaries in the region.
Rev Ngoei is an Ordained Minister of the Trinity
Annual Conference of The Methodist Church in
Singapore and has been in full time ministry
since 1973. He previously served as Pastor-in-
Charge of several Methodists churches and its
alumnus of Trinity Theological College and
Boston University School of Theology.

Mr Chan Fook Kay
Honorary Treasurer
Mr Chan Fook Kay has more than 30 years of
professional and managerial experience covering
areas on Internal Audit, Management Accounting,
Finance and Administration, Asset Management.
Since 1977, he has been involved in church
ministry at the local church executive committee
level. Since 1993, he has served as Chairman,
Board of Finance at the Chinese Annual
Conference level. Currently, he is serving as
Conference Lay Leader (Chairman, Board of
Laity).
He has served for 15 years as Chairman, Finance
and Administration Council at the General
Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore.
Currently, he is a member of the General
Conference Executive Council.
 Colonel Lyndon Buckingham
Member
Colonel Lyndon Buckingham was commissioned
as an officer of The Salvation Army in the New
Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory in January 1990.
He has held a number of positions in New
Zealand and has also served for four years in the
Canada and Bermuda Territory.
Prior to being appointed to Singapore in February
2013, Colonel Lyndon was the National Director
for Programme & Resources for the New
Zealand, Fiji & Tonga Territory.
The Colonel came to Singapore to take up the role
of Chief Secretary and on the 1st of June 2013
replaced Colonel Gillian Downer as the
Territorial Commander for the Singapore,
Malaysia & Myanmar Territory.

Rev Dominic Yeo
Member
Rev Dominic Yeo is the General
Superintendent of the Assemblies of God
(AG), Singapore, Chairman of the Asia
Pacific AG Fellowship, Executive Council
Member of the World AG Fellowship and is
part of the Advisory Council of the
Pentecostal World Fellowship. He is also the
Senior Pastor of Trinity Christian Centre with
over 7,500 in weekly attendance.
Having been dramatically transformed by the
power and love of God as a youth, today he
ministers internationally. A man after Gods
heart who carries a strong apostolic and
prophetic anointing, he brings forth the timely
Word of God that releases breakthroughs to
individuals, churches and nations. Known for
his visionary and strategic leadership, he is
passionate about building pastors, leaders and
churches. He trains and provides consultation
to churches around the world, helping them
experience transformation and break into new
levels of growth.
 Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai
Member
Rev Dr Chua Chung Kai (is a medical
doctor by training, graduating from the
National University of Singapore in 1989. He
has been serving as a pastor in Covenant
Evangelical Free Church since 1995. He holds a
Masters Degree from the Singapore Bible
College and was ordained with the Evangelical
Free Church of Singapore in 2004. Pastor Chua
is presently serving in the Senior Pastors office
directing Equipping, Worship, Prayer and
Outreach. He is also the current Chairman of
the Evangelical Free Churches of Singapore. Ps
Kai, as he is fondly called, is married to Tina
and they have three children, John, Joel and
Joanne.
Mr Daniel C S Chan
Member
Daniel has over 35 years of investment
management experience having served as Chief
Investment Officer at UOB Asset Management
(UOBAM) and Lion Global Investors.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration Degree from the National
University of Singapore. He is a member of the
SAVERS Board of Trustees. From 2000 to
2004, Daniel served as Chairman of Investment
Management Association of Singapore. In 2009,
he was conferred the "Distinguished Financial
Industry Certified Professional" award by the
Institute of Banking and Finance.
Daniel has also served as Finance
Chairman/Treasurer of NCCS and also the
current Chairman of the Investment
Committee of Singapore Bible College.
