Question-4

Human resource Manager is considered crucial for the organization. They are the persons
responsible for recruitment, on-board and training and pay practices. HR Managers usually
display themselves as a great asset to company. Company is known by its employees and worth
nothing without the people who work there. I just want to make a point that the person who is
the top of the pyramid who deals with employees directly is a human resource manager and by
this a wrong message is being sent to employees that they are considered as resource like a
machinery, material or property. Who are just meant to be used and throw away. Until the
employee feels the company values him, he will never give his 100 percent.HR mangers are
there to support the employee side and in many instances HR department supports company
side rather than employees. That creates an inferiority complex among employees. There
should be no HR team not mangers instead of that there must be a people support team who
would be responsible for dealing with employees directly and should help them with their
development.
