Conery 2900 Float Switch Operation

The Conery 2900 Float Sw itch is a N/O type float sw itch that closes or "turns on" w hen the float sw itch rises above the actuation
level. The float sw itch contacts then open back up once the float drops below the "turn off" point.
For Narrow Angle: The float sw itch activates (contacts close) as the float rises 1.00 or 5 degrees above horizontal
For Wide Angle: The float sw itch activates (contacts close) as the float rises 45 degrees above horizontal. The contacts then
remain closed until the float sw itch returns to 45 degrees below horizontal.

sw itch.
For 2902 Narrow Angle:
Wired as Normally Open N.O. The sw itch contacts are open (or off) in the hanging position.The sw itch activates (contacts
close) as the float rises 1.00 or 5 degrees above horizontal.
Wired as Normally Closed - N.C. The sw itch contacts are closed (or on) in the hanging position. The sw itch de-activates
(contacts open) as the float rises 1.00 or 5 degrees above horizontal.
For 2902 Wide Angle:

Installation
1. Remove the utility lid.
2. Wire brush the debris from the lid seat. (Figure 1)
3. Apply the Tac-Tape to the lid seat w ith plastic side up and the plastic overlap to the outside. The plastic is the barrier betw een
the bottom of the lid and the sealant tape. (Figure 2)
4. Replace the utility lid.
