Replace <00-FF> with the hexidecimal line number of the item in the list you want to have
the quantity 99. For example, the first item in the list is 00, the second is 01, the sixteenth is
0F, the seventeenth is 10, the eighteenth is 11. Try using 00 and switch the first item and
whichever item you want 99 of, then re-sort the list. Thus you can get 99 of everything with
one code.
