What is a business diagnostic tool?

The business diagnostic tool is used to help quickly and easily identify the key issues
within the business.
It also provides with a comprehensive feedback report that includes a series of
recommendations that can help you improve within each critical success areas.
1-A: SWOT Analysis

a. About the SWOT Analysis

By using the SWOT analysis, which can be applied to almost anything, you know how
something can figure out how something can be improved, how said thing excels in a
particular aspect, and how the world around it interacts with it.

Opportunities Particular happenings which correspond to a possible benefit

No coordination and lack of dedication within the group.

Opportunities
As students starting up a business in printing materials in Malayan Colleges Laguna, we think
that being part of its student body community can help us gather customers quickly especially
when students in this school might need some on the spot printing services.

Threats
We consider threats in our business are our busy schedule in school and other printing shops
within the vicinity of the school.

Competitive Rivalry
We aware that we are not the only one in the business that we have competitors have done this
kind of business before.

Power of Suppliers
The supplier may increase or decrease their supply cost to our business based on the services
they offered.

Power of Customers
The customers can bargain the price the product, they also can substitute our product to other
competitors which their product offering lower price range.

Threat of Substitution
When existing printing business lowered their price range than ours, the customer can change
to their mind and go for that competitor which offering the same services as ours.

Threat of New Entry


As a new business, we aware that some new business arises have the same concept as ours,
that we must prepared to create a strategy in order for us to survive in this business.
