Expectations for Learners

Learners are expected to access Rosetta Stone a minimum of 4 hours per month. To ensure usage,
reports are run monthly. In the first and second months, if less than required usage is met, learners will
be issued a warning email. Supervisors are copied on warning communications. The third month that
minimum expectations are not met, access will be revoked. If license is revoked and learner is still
interested in Rosetta Stone, he or she will be placed at the end of the waiting list.

Register for Rosetta Stone

To receive a Rosetta Stone license, learner must go to the Rosetta Stone page through Downhole Global
Training. Learner will then fill out the New User Request Form completely and soon after an email will
be sent requesting manager approval.

When learner is granted approval he or she will receive an email from Achieve. Learner must go through
Achieve to access the Rosetta Stone interface. To access from home, learner must first remote into NOV
and log in through Achieve.
