Members Present-
1. Most roles will be established by event rather than by team. However, you will need to
establish a recorder. Establish a person to type minutes for todays grade level team
meeting. Email to kgomez@uplifteducation.org at the end of the meeting. A OneDrive
folder will be set up for whomever will be responsible for the minutes (see agenda item
number 5).
2. Quick wins share something positive! It can be personal or professional. It can be all
members or a few members...the purpose is to begin on a positive note and celebrate
each others successes.
3. Each meeting we will revisit one of the gallery walk questions. Review the notes from
question 1 and the links added for you to explore.
4. Share major concepts from unit 1 and discuss cross-curricular connections
5. Share any major concerns about scholars. You may not have a lot to discuss this early, but
provide the opportunity as sometimes scholars show red flags already.
6. Discuss major events on the horizon. For each event, establish 1 single person responsible
for each task so there is shared but clear responsibility.
