destinations and discoveries that wait. No more will you simply scan pictures of the exotic
places in Egypt. Start your journey from Hurghada and make your way through the exciting
Pyramids of GizaCheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus. To add to the highlight of your journey,
embark on a 5 star deluxe Cruise and witness the historic archaeological sites in Aswan,
Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor.

Day 1: Kick Things Off at Hurghada

Arriving at the crisp, calm air of Hurghada at the Hurghada International Airport, a Memphis
Tours representative will accommodate you in your journey. You are arranged a private air-
conditioned vehicle that will transfer you to spend the night in the 5-star Marriott Hurghada
Resort.

Day 2: Cairos Historic Landmarks

After breakfast, you will be taken back to Hurghada Airport to board for Cairo. Once you
arrive in the capitalhome to culture and history, a personal guide will welcome you at
Cairo International Airport. Your journey starts here.

The Giza Plateau contains many sites for you to feel what youve seen in pictures before.
Witness the Great Pyramids of Giza Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus. Also, you may view
the Famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple facing the great statue. An additional visit is the
famous Solar Boat fronting the Cheops Pyramid.

During the tour, you can enjoy lunch with local delicacies. After that, head on to Sakkara
and witness the Djoser temple in the Sakkara Complex, the first ever built pyramid!

Another highlight of this day before spending the night in Cairo is the visit to Memphis: the
Old Kingdoms capital and famous Necropolis.

Day 3: Egypts Cherished History in Cairo

Your adventure in Cairo hasnt ended yet! After a breakfast at the hotel, your private guide
will escort you through many of Egypts treasures.

You will witness these through the Egyptian Museum and Treasures room for the child king
Tutankhamen. If you want to see what a mummy looks like, an added visit is the room of
mummies found in the museum.

After lunch at the Grand Hyatt hotels HARD ROCK restaurant, you will then visit the Saladin
Citadel containing the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Your adventure continues on to
Coptic Cairo with the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Your trip to Aswan will be shouldered by a train trip from the Giza railway station with
dinner and breakfast served on board. You will spend the night onboard the train.

Day 4: Arriving at Aswan to Venture in the Nile


At the Aswan train station, a Memphis Tours representive will accommodate you. You will be
transferred to a Nile cruise ship by a private A/C vehicle to enjoy a relaxing cruise of the
Nile. This will embark before lunch.

As an educational journey as well, a knowledgeable Egyptologist will guide you on the High
Dam, the Granite Quarries, and the Temple of Philae. Dinner and the night will be spent in
Aswan.

Day 5: Witness Kom Ombo and Edfu

After a breakfast onboard, your cruise ship will take you to Kom Ombo where you can visit
the Temple of Sobek and Haeroris. After lunch on the ship as well, you will visit Edfu where
you will visit the Hours temple. You can have tea in the afternoon during your sail to Esna,
and later in the evening, dinner will be served on board. You will spend the night on the
ship.

Day 6: The Captivation of Luxor

Before visiting Luxor, you will have your breakfast and lunch on board the Nile cruise ship.
You will then be toured around the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor. Also, you will visit the
historic Karnak and Luxor temples. After a day of adventure, you will spend your afternoon
tea and dinner as well as the night on board with a spectacular view of Luxor.

Day 7: More Luxor Adventure Before Hurghada

After breakfast, you will visit the West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor. This opens the
gateway to the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hetshepsut at El Deir El Bahari,
and also the Colossi Memnon. You also have free time for leisure in Luxor. You can make
use of this time as a great shopping opportunity. After your Luxor adventure, a private air-
conditioned vehicle will travel from Luxor to Hurghada, a trip that is usually around 3 hours.
After your tiring day, you will spend the night in Hurghada.

Day 08: Home Again


After your last breakfast in Egypt, you will take the next flight from Hurghada Airport back
home to share the many memories and adventures of your journey.

Egypt entry visa, for non restricted nationalities you can buy it upon arrival before
passport control. Visa Cost $ 15 = 11 Euro per person adult or child.
