Born as the second born son of Jeoffery Altwoods

the Steward of Lord Duke Reisscheiten of
Kreigsrand. Rasan grew to be a whipping boy of
the Duke's son and eventual assistant to his
scribing duties. From there he learned the ins
and outs of the cuttthroat royal court of the
border lands, how to make false promises, whisper
sweet nothings into their ears, the art of fierce
debate, hiding from your enemies in broad
daylight, various posion applications from the
gardener of the manors, and where to stick a
dagger into some poor sod's heart if the Duke's
son needed a peasant to atone for his sins of
insulting royalty. At the age of 17 growing fed
up with the Duke's son and his abuses, he snuck
into his room late at night and shanked him in
his smug throat numerous times while his wife had
been long passed out from the spiked wine Rasan
had given her earlier. Seeing the opportunity to
grab as much loot as possible, he took his
master's sword, signet rings, some coin, and a
few outfits and crept out into the night while additional features & traits
his master bled out while planting the dagger
into his wife's hand. After escaping he stole a
horse from a tavern and fled to the capital, from
there he played pretend with some of the guilds
merchants trying to cheat them out of their coin
with lucrative deals and scamming individuals for
buying fake duke lands for cheap. After numerous
beatings from angry individuals in the capital,
he decided to head out with what little he
carries on him and find powerful individuals to
which he can sucker and kill his way to the top.
