About Talenpac
Closing the Passion Gap
A note from our MD, Navin Muruga.

I believe there is an urgent need to create more passion worthy workplaces. Prior
to starting Talenpac, I spent 8 years running a training company and another 4 in
the recruitment industry.

All throughout those twelve years it was evident that an unusually large number
of talented professionals were unhappy and disengaged at work. They had one
foot out the door which meant they were never working at their full potential.
Employers werent happy either. They wanted more out of their workforce. They
were either trying to attract passionate high performers or they were trying hard
to motivate the workforce they already had.

Ive come to realize that it isnt always skill thats missing, its passion. Todays
talent market often has the skill but lacks the will. Employee engagement surveys
often report that only slightly more than half of an organizations workforce feels
engaged at work and many organizations are accepting this as the status quo.

We need to challenge the status quo.

At Talenpac, our mission is to help organizations close their passion gap. We
believe passion is the result of purpose. When an employee finds a sense of
purpose at work, they become passionate about work. And when theyre
passionate about work they naturally deliver a higher level of performance.
