Proper nutrition is key to a healthy season. Players need to eat breakfast, lunch, and
dinner to provide them with the right nutrition to fuel their energy during workouts
and for a quick recovery.
IDEAS FOR BREAKFAST:
Granola Bars, Toast with Peanut Butter, Cereal, Fruit, Bagel, Muffin, Cottage
Cheese (Eat 1 hour prior to Practice)
IDEAS FOR LUNCH:
Peanut Butter Sandwich, Deli Sandwich, Pasta Salad, Fruit, Veggies and
Dressing, Pretzels, Yoghurt
The Booster Club will be distributing materials for the players to bring home. They will
be required to participate in all fundraising activities. These fundraisers help provide
the team with an incredible end-of-season banquet and gifts. Please remember that for
this to be possible, we need the participation and support of everyone.
