I currently hold a bachelors degree in gerontology and have worked in the industry for more than
five years with the same company. In my past positions, I have worked and volunteered in various
group projects that entailed working with the elderly. This included creating an Individualized
Service Plan that allowed me to meet with the residents and their family before move in and at
regular intervals afterwards.

My interpersonal skills are also good which enables me to proactively respond to and attempts to
resolve issues within the centers and conjunction with healthcare policies, procedures and staff. I
am also able to maintain a positive relationship with students and staff by ensuring customer
satisfaction with issue resolution. I would also make myself available to all residents and other
staff members when needed. This includes developing and maintaining a good working
relationship with division staff and clients.
