DR. KIRAN SONI

(Associate Professor)

Dr. Kiran Soni is Associate Professor at Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies

(GITS), Udaipur, Rajasthan and Research Supervisor (RTU) in Master of Business
Administration (MBA) and she is in Advisory board of International Journal of Advance
Research and Innovative Ideas in Education and Associate Editor in Scholarly
Research Journals SRJ for Interdisciplinary Studies. She has done Ph.D on A
Study of Applicability of Waiting Line Model in Selected Hospitals of Southern
Rajasthan form the department of Faculty of management Studies (FMS), Mohan Lal
Sukhadia University, Udaipur. She has cleared UGC NET in Management, MBA from
Rajasthan Technical University Kota; M.Com in Business Administration and
Secured Second Position in Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, PGDCA from ACE
Institute, B.Sc. (Mathematics) from MLSU Udaipur. She is backed by 9 (approx) years
of teaching experience with exemplary track records in structural teaching and one thesis
has been submitted under her guidance on A Study of Emotional Quotient Profile of
Selected Academicians in the Siliguri Region of West Bangal.

She has attended FDP (Faculty Development program) Sponsored by AICTE,

Attended 9 Days Workshop on E-Resources organized by University Central Library,
Attended 2 days workshop on Structural Equation Modeling, organized by MBA (E-
Business, Rural Management, Mass Communication and Social Works) Program Mohan
Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Participated in the Faculty Development Program on
Learning Enhancement and Contributed Presentation entitled Model Building for
Business Decision & some Popular Techniques of Operations Research,
Participated in Faculty Development Program on How to write Research Paper &
Resolving Common Grievances of the Students, 2010.
She has successfully completed the project of Dainik Bhaskar on To Understand the
Dynamics of Print Media Industry among Advertisers in Udaipur.

She has prepared the Course Structure for various subjects of PGDM program as
Business Mathematics, Business Statistics, Operations Research, Production
Management, and Research Methodology. Her research work has been appreciated by top
management of some of the leading general and super specialty hospital across the
nation. Her research pursuits and papers have also been recognized and published in, The
Indian Journal of Business Administration, The Indian Journal of Commerce, Amity
Business Review, Journal of Management Science, International Journal of Social
Science & Management, International Journal of Advance Research and Innovative Ideas
in Education, Research Revolution, Pezzottaite International Journal, journal of

Rtna, by the Pratibadh Sansthan Samaroh, at the state level felicitation for teachers
September 5th.
