A Plan To Manage Stress

Do something about the cause of stress.


1. Plan your day. Time management. Plan ahead!
2. Use the Guidelines for Making Responsible
Decisions when you must make a hard decision.
3. Talk to a parent or guardian about problems
and decisions.


Keep your body and mind healthy.
4. Get physical exercise.
5. Get plenty of rest and sleep.
6. Eat healthful foods.
7. Eat or drink foods that are a source of vitamin C,
such as orange juice.
8. Write in a journal.
9. Spend time with a pet.
10. Plan something fun with friends.
