A 50 years old man brought to the hospital by the senior high school student becau se has a

traffict accident abaut one hour a go. He look very pail and week. He has a bandage applied on his
left lower leg. It looks that the students that brought the man to the hospital have performed first
aid to treat the wound. The bandage is all collored red by the blood and when the paramedic open
the bendage, blood splurting from the wound. The paramedic immiedetly stop the beeding by clamp
to the bood vessel on the wound. On the next examination its founded that the left lower leg of the
man is also broken. It is realy good to perform first aid for early emergency treatment for traffic
accident patient esspecially with open wound. But for the safety of the patient there is several thing
that has tobe concered. Early emergency treatment for open wound on the traffic accident have to
follow several procedures.

First procedure is to stop the active bleeding of the wound. Not only covered the wound by
a bandage, rescuer should make sure that the blood is stop flowing out from the victims body. It can
be done by appliying a presured bandage to the bleeding wound. Therefore, a hard small stick that
covered with bandage can be use to press the source of the bleeding by put it on top of the broken
blood vessel and then another bandage is rolled up to cover the stick and the wound. Its important
to tight up the rolled bandage just untill the blood is stop flows out.

The next one is to make sure there is no broken bone on the site of the wound. If the broken
bone is found, the important thing to do is to apllied a brace to stabilze the broken site. An unstable
broken bone can cause a severe pain to the victims and it also can make more serious dammage to
the wound when it shaked in and out when the rescuer transport the victim to the hospital. A rigid
plat from wood or iron can be used as a brace, and the size is should big and long enough to hold the
limb that has a broken bone.

The last important thing is to brough the victim to the hospital as soon as posible. The
victims should get the proper care for the wound immiedatly, and it just can be done in the hospital
with the help of the doctor and paramedic. Therefore there is important thing to prepare the
transportation to transport the patient to the hospital while the rescuer take care the patient
wound.

In conclusion, there are some important procedures that really need to do to early
traetment for the traffic accident patient. If these procedures can be done properly, the rescuer can
make sure that the patient is still safe until handled properly by the doctor and paramedic.
