work together. Employee Mastery Over Emotional Control, Conflict Resolution Skill, effective Self
Disclosure, and have Become more important than ever to ensure that The unit would be able to work
properly and not breaking down because of the Unresolved conflict. Because of that it is recommended
For LBP To consider adding a program which train The Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management,
Conflict Resolution Skill Self-Awareness, and Communication Skill of the Employee such as Meditation
Session to ease the employee Stress, A meeting place Between the Special Diversity Unit maybe once a
week which going to give feedback about each other Performance and point for Improvement for each
member , A Leader SHIP, Personal and People Mastery training. Give a Seminar about The importance of
The Emotional Intelligence, Give a Clarification to the Employee about The Organization Mission and
Vision of the organization, A Reflection Session. A mentorship program for an Employee which have a
personal problem
