For one Node b Can you try these manual steps to enable SynchroSyncE /0 in
Maintenance window.
This is class0 , so perform it by " Activate session" in maintenance

window.
From IpRan/0 object -- > go to SynchroSyncE/0 and open object editor and
change
the value of "eecOption" to 2048KHz and let us know.

The problem is the synchronization method is PTP, and 2G-3G daisy chain
cascading
feature is activated, SyncE is manually created, when a NodeB with the

SyncE/0 reparented to other RNC, the object SyncE/0 is automatically

removed,
running check in WPS cant cause any error, but the reparenting WO will
stop when
applying on WMS.

Site team when creating the migration WO from Legacy RNC 9370 to WCE RNC
9771 with
WPS (WPS version WPS3.2.15.3) the object SynchroSyncE/0 is getting deleted
automatically, but manually the sync is created.
Site team observation: They using the synchronization method is PTP, and
2G-3G
daisy chain cascading feature is activated, SyncE is manually created,

when a
NodeB with the object SyncE/0 reparented to other RNC, the object SyncE/0
is
automatically removed, running check in WPS cant cause any error, but the
reparenting WO will stop when applying on WMS.

Hello,
According to Mike Secchi from design who was involve in troubleshooting

this
problem: the issue with the SynchroSyncE/0 instance is that the Engineer
incorrectly deleted the object during the reparenting. I am not sure why a
product
AR was opened for this as this is a 'human' problem where the engineer
incorrectly
removed something that he shouldn't have removed. The problem was quickly
resolved
when the engineer provided new reparenting workorders with the SynchroSyncE
object
present.

Besides the issue is related to a subcomponent of BTSEquipment object, so

The problem is the synchronization method is PTP, and 2G-3G daisy chain
cascading
feature is activated, SyncE is manually created, when a NodeB with the

SyncE/0 reparented to other RNC, the object SyncE/0 is automatically

removed,
running check in WPS can't cause any error, but the reparenting WO will
stop when
applying on WMS.

The migration is to rehoming LR13.3 sites from legacy RNC to LR14.2 WCE
RNC, we
can't use the older version of WPS to do that action.
I've checked, we can avoid the issue by manually checking the objects in
