Theoantropocentric Approach in Inculcating the Noble Oneness of the Subject of Islamic Religious Education at Junior High School in Padangsidimpuan" This study was based on the existence of symptoms of deviation of student behavior in schools that were not in accordance with religious norms. This was partly due to the minimal role of Islamic Religious Education in the formation of morality of students because the methodological approach of teaching teachers was monotonous, so it needed to be done a more interesting and more meaningful approach for students. One of them was a contextual approach with a teoantropocentric approach. This research was classified into Research and Development (R & D) research. Namely research methods were used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of the product. The procedures were undertaken in this research, they were: research and gathering information, planning, early product development, initial testing, product revisions, major trials, operational product revisions, operational trials, final product revisions, dissemination and implementation. Data analysis were carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. From the research, it was concluded that the development of contextual learning strategy with Teoantropocentric approach in instilling noble character began with the preparation of lesson plans that emphasized the human function as a servant (hablun min Allah) as well as khalifah, group activities, related learning with real life in real terms and propositions -dalil (aqli and naqli), giving experience and practice, setting the ultimate goal blessed by Allah SWT., (Insan Kamil), fostering self-awareness as a servant of God as well as a khalifah on earth, providing knowledge in accordance with the development of learners based on Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Students were responsible in monitoring and developing their respective learning guided by the teacher. The learning was carried out wherever in different contexts and settings as needed. The final estuary of learning was the formation of students with noble character. The level of competence of contextual learning strategy with teoantropocentric approach in instilling noble character in SMP Negeri Kota Padangsidimpuan was high, that was supporting teacher's duty and improving student morals. Effectiveness of contextual learning strategy with Teoantropocentric approach in instilling noble character on the subjects of Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri Kota Padangsidimpuan found that students were more disciplined, humble, efficient, simple, honest and fair.
