Dear Mayor Silang,

Good day! As you might already know, our organization, Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is
currently working on its preparations for the largest congregation of the GIS user community in
the Philippinesthe 2014 Philippine Esri User Conference. In this event, happening on
September 24-25, 2014, GIS users from different industries and parts of the country gather
together to learn more about the latest technology updates, best practices, achievements, and
breakthroughs on GIS and other related geospatial technologies.

As part of our grand preparation for this event, we are pleased to inform you that your
organization has been specifically endorsed by Ms. Bituin B. Torte to participate and take part in
the following activities that will be done during the conference:

Map Gallery
You, together with other organizations, can submit your GIS maps (printed and/or web-
based) in a 3-day (September 23-25) map exhibit where you can showcase your cartographic
skills and creativity employing the use of Esri GIS mapping technologies. All eligible entries
will be included to the map competition and prizes will be given to entries with the highest
ratings for a specific category.

User Presentations
In this activity, you will be given the highly coveted chance to share in a one-hour
presentation your works, achievements, and best practices in using Esri GIS technology
