Testing of Hypothesis

Chi Square test : This test is used to examine association between two variables

Positivist framework for writing hypothesis

1. H0: Age and Employees are well-trained are independent of each other
H1: Age and Employees are well-trained are associated with each other

Interpretation: If
the asymp. Significance column for Pearson
Chi-square row value is less then 0.05, then the statistic is
considered to be significant. Here pearson chi square value
is 12.509 and asymp sig. is 0.052 which is greater then
0.05, hence we fail to reject null hypothesis at 95%
confidence level and we conclude that Age and Employees are
well-trained are associated with each other.
