Assignment I : Think of my city has changed since I was a kid till now. Describe my city :

My city is Quy Nhon sea city of middle Vietnam. When i was a kid it is like a bough with

asphalt roads. And now, it is extended to became new streets with rows of green trees. In the

past, the population only had about serveral thousand people. These days, the population has

nearly one million people. Fifty years ago, people used to ride bikecycles and nowsday, various

of people ride motobikes, a few people drive their cars instead. In the past, there were a little

houses which is high and modern and now these houses are constructed according to new

architecture. Many public facilities are built as: bridges, parks, schools, hopitals, banks, post

offices, supermarkets... behind there are also hotels, restaurants and many high building as

commercial centre, entertaining centre and Hall. Moreover, Industrial Park Nhon Hoi have just

opned in the suburb of city.

The population is growing so fast. It cause few green spaces and many household

garbage. A lot of motobikes cause status traffic jams. Many factories discharge industrial waste.

It cause pollution of water and environment. Beside, with these changes it has many positive

points. Many shoopping centre, commercial centre and entertaining centre give many

advantages fove people life. Industrial Park is opned, it is attracting many foreign investors.

In next twenty years, the most people are going to drire cars. Soon, people will be a lot of

shopping malls. People might buy groceries by computer. Service and Fince will be proper

sectors in gowing economy.
