SECUENCIA DIDCTICA
El docente ingresa al aula y saluda a los estudiantes diciendo: Good morning / Good afternoon, segn
sea el caso.
El docente escribe en la pizarra How was your weekend? y coloca imgenes de tres caras:
Los estudiantes responden la pregunta How was your weekend? expresando sus sentimientos de
acuerdo a las imgenes. El docente anota las respuestas en la pizarra y luego coloca tarjetas lxicas
con adjetivos expresando emociones.

Los estudiantes leen los textos y completan la informacin requerida.
Se solicita a los estudiantes trabajar en pares y leer sus respuestas haciendo uso del verbo to be en el
pasado:

Algunos estudiantes voluntarios dicen las respuestas en voz alta para toda la clase. Todos corrigen la
actividad.
Se explica a los estudiantes que recibirn una ficha para realizar una actividad grupal (Anexo 1) donde tendrn
que completar la forma correcta del verbo to be y una palabra requerida.
Cada vez que los estudiantes completen la oracin doblan la hoja cubriendo la respuesta de manera que el
siguiente estudiante no vea la respuesta, de esa manera la ficha va rotando de miembro a miembro hasta que
la ficha est completa y llegue al estudiante a quien le pertenece.
El docente requiere que los estudiantes lean sus oraciones sobre sus vacaciones pasadas con la informacin
de todos los miembros del equipo.
Los estudiantes realizarn una actividad de produccin oral: Famous people quiz. Para desarrollarlo, se les
entrega una ficha a cada alumno (Quiz A and Quiz B) (Anexo 2).
Se solicita a los estudiantes leer las preguntas y subrayar el verbo correcto. Luego trabajan en equipos de
cuatro (dos estudiantes con el Quiz A y los otros dos con el Quiz B) y se disponen a hacer las preguntas sobre
las personas famosas que estn en las fichas dndoles las alternativas.
Se modela la actividad para verificar que todos hayan comprendido las indicaciones.
El docente monitorea la actividad y brinda apoyo a los estudiantes que lo necesitan.
Los estudiantes que respondan correctamente la pregunta obtienen un punto.
Al finalizar la actividad, se comunicar al docente sobre los equipos ganadores.
