DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION ONLY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, VIRGILIO MALAQUE, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident

of Brgy. San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino, Philippines, for and in consideration
of the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php
3,100,000.00) Philippine Currency, paid to me and in my entire satisfaction
by the Provincial Government of Quirino represented by HON. JUNIE E. CUA,
Provincial Governor, with office address at Capitol Hills, Cabarroguis, Quirino by
virtue of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 90 Series of 2016 and
by these presents, do hereby absolutely and irrevocably sell, cede, transfer and
convey undo the said VENDEE and successors-in-interest that parcel of land
which is bounded and described as follows:

equivalent to lot No. 10083, cad 211

D, being S. 40-31 W., 1140.72 m from BLLM No. 108, Cad-211, thence

N. 84-40 W., 187.16 m. to point 2;

N. 11-46 W., 117.01 m. to point 3;
S. 84-45 E., 170.00 m. to point 4;
S. 19-22 E., 123.39 m. to point 1;

Containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND (20,000) square meters,

All corners are properly marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. Con. Mons.
15x40 cms. in diameter.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by lot. No. 10083-B, Cad (af)-02-
002979-D on the W., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 20, Gss-155-D(Equals Lot No.
10084, Cad -211); on the N., along line 3-4 by Road; and on the NE., along line
4-1 by Lot No. 6124, (P), Cad 211

The subject area of this sale covers EIGHTEEN THOUSAND SIX

HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (18,629) square meters located at the Eastern
portion of the lot.

Of which property the above-described parcel of land, I am the lawful

owner in fee simple as evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-16425-A
issued by the Register of Deeds of Quirino and with ARP No. 14-0013-00105
issued by the Provincial Assessor of Quirino.
