APPOINTMENT LETTER AS A POLLING AGENT

Due to the elections scheduled for 4 October 2015, I hereby appoint you as my
polling agent to perform the following duties to:

i) Monitor the whole election exercise;

ii) Mobilize the right voters to participate in voting;
iii) Make sure the voting process is done in a transparent manner i.e. helping
others to write the right names on the ballot paper;
iv) Be present, alert and sober all the time at the polling station;
v) Ensure the police are present and doing their work;
vi) Ensure the register is followed and marked properly and Record all the
results correctly;
