OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, the students are able to listen to and understand a talk.
STEPS ACTIVITY
1 1. Teacher talks about parents taking their babies for vaccination and talk about the vaccination given to them.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT 2. Students listen to the speech twice.
3. Students listen to and repeat the correct pronunciation of the words.
4. Teacher asks questions based on the speech.
5. The class are to do Exercise A and B in the textbook.
6. Answers are then checked and discussed together.

1 1. Teacher shows the class an x-ray film and ask what do they think it is and what they know about it.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT 2. The class then proceeds to read the passage in the textbook.
3. Teacher makes sure that students pronounce the words correctly.
4. Teacher explains the meaning of the text and discusses it with the students.
5. Questions are then asked based on the text.
6. Students then do the exercises given in the text.
