Argentina is a prominent country that is located in the

most southeastern part of South America, is the second
largest country in Latin America and the eighth in the
world. It is divided into 23 provinces and, together with
its capital, Buenos Aires, it houses about 40 million
inhabitants, also having one of the highest rates of
quality of life and human development.

The beauty of its natural environment,

offers the most beautiful waterfalls on
the planet, the most spectacular
glaciers and immense plains of
unusual appeal, adds the charm of a
friendly, educated and hospitable
population.

Its capital, Buenos Aires, is one of the

great cities of the Hispanic world, a
fascinating city. Buenos Aires, has
marked one of the cultural patterns of
the twentieth century, with the irruption
in the literary world of porteos, as
Borges or Cortazar. Another icon of the
popular culture is Carlos Gardel.
Argentina is also formed by waves of
Spanish, Italian, Jewish, Polish,
Russian or Welsh immigrants who fled
in the last centuries of hunger or the
wars of Europe.
FOOD

In Argentina two types of diet are consumed:

beef, the best in the world and pasta. To try
the best meat in Argentina you do not have
to go to the more expensive restaurants,
because the most popular grills, of average
price, offer excellent steaks (steaks),
barbecues (barbecue of steaks, kidneys,
sweetbreads, etc.) and strip roasts roasting.

In almost all restaurants, even if they are grills, along with the
varieties of meat, the menu offers pasta and pizzas, plus there
are many stores about pizzerias.

In addition, the regional specialties of the

north of the country, based on delicious meat
dishes, more or less spicy, humitas, a cream
of corn, or locro, a stew of pork and corn, are
present in the menus of many restaurants in
all of Argentina.

And in Buenos Aires, due to the multiple origin of its population, meet restaurants a
