Four former players are on the University of Iowa football sta in 2017. Brian Ferentz,
a three-year le erman from 2003-05, is in his sixth year on sta and first as oensive

LeVar Woods, a three-year le erman from 1998-2000, is in his 10th year on the Iowa
sta, his third coaching ght ends a er coaching linebackers for three seasons. Woods was
named Special Teams Coordinator in 2017. Woods rejoined the program as an administra ve
assistant in 2008.
Kelvin Bell joined the Iowa program as a defensive lineman in 2000, but had his career
