The department awards three one-year research fellowships to rising
fourth-year Rhetoric & Writing PhD students. These fellowships allow
students to devote full-time energies to completing their research and
conducting a substantial academic job search. Applications are evaluated
by the Rhetoric & Writing doctoral faculty and awards are merit-based.

College Credit Plus Mentor, Bowling Green State University, General Studies Writing,
Fall 2017-Spring 2018
Mentored high school faculty members who teach General Studies Writing
courses in the Ohio College Credit Plus program, collaborates with
teachers to create syllabi and lesson plans, provides instructor support,
and conducts teaching observations.
