This article entitled, Shultz and the Hit Men Destroyed the Philippines by Mike

Bilington, had given me a glimpse part of the history of our Nation and how was it destroyed
during the time before, between the presidency of Ferdinand Marcos and Corazon Aquino. It
was an eye opener to every Filipino people. So many things happened but time will never turn
it back. This event had brought huge sufferings to our nation. Reading this made me understand
why things end up that way.

As said in the statement: George Shultz performed the roles of both the economic hit
men, destroying and taking full control of the Philippine economy and the coup master
deposing the Philippines in favor of an IMF Puppet while calling people power. This had
touches my heart. I started to ask, how could they do such cruelty in our nation? Proven, this is
one of the reasons why Filipino people had suffered. It brought a great impact even in the
present time and brought the world into disastrous situation. Despite of the opposition to
Ferdinand Marcos during that time, he is so brave to face those challenges in our country. He
has the true leadership, leading our nation instead of leaving. He find way to bring the country
into abundance and convenience.

Another statement: While Marcos was not without fault, he was by far the last Filipino
head of the state to understand the challenges of true leadership in world shipping towards
chaos. It speaks truth, he stands firm as a leader. He did not allow himself to be under with
someone while leading the nation. He provides with his utmost power the need of Filipino
people. One of his programs where he immediately establish Philippine food self-sufficiency in
rice and corn, providing land to all tenants making land who are devoted primarily to rice and
corn, the coupled infrastructures and mechanizations, and improvements. In short, he had
provided the needs of the people. He had done so much and that was so impressive. In my
point of view, his presidency was incomparable to those before him and even after him.

Shultz and the Hit Men had cause so much in our country and leave a mark that will
never be forgotten. Destroying our nation and putting the Filipino people in sufferings.
Choosing Corazon Aquino as a presidential candidate and an opposition to Ferdinand Marcos
during the election was one of their schemes to put Marcos down and to freely do their real
purpose, to fully destroy the Nation. When Corazon won, she seems like a puppet than a
president. Following and fulfilling every request of the IMF.

Looking back with our past, it saddened my heart. Our nation wouldnt end up like this if
the economic hit man had not destroyed us. It could have been a greater country amongst.
Because of the greediness, unfaithfulness, corruptions, and evil people, it leads to the fall of our
country. But it doesnt stop there, as long as the world revolves around, so will be the hope for
our nation. What we need is a faithful, reliable and a firm leader who will stand for the nation.
