NOTE: Rs. 900/- must be deposited (only fresh candidates) in any branch of HBL on the prescribed online deposit slip given
below and Original Receipt (ETEA copy) along with a copy of CNIC should be attached with the Application Form and
should be submitted to ETEA office (E8-22, Street-13, Phase-VII (near Hajj Complex) Hayatabad, Peshawar) through courier service
or by hand latest by 17th August 2017. No Application Form will be accepted after closing Date. ETEA will not be
responsible for late receiving of Applications through courier, i.e. Applications received on 18th August shall not be
entertained.

Please do not attach any Academic document with the Application Form. (Attach a copy of CNIC only.)
Roll Number Slip/ Admit Card can be downloaded from www.etea.edu.pk on 24th August 2017. You will not be allowed
to sit in the Test without ETEA Roll Number Slip/ Admit Card.
