NARRATIVE REPORT ON NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION

( Grade Three Jingle and Rap Competition )

Health is Wealth, a very famous saying that has huge and significant meaning
in a humans life. Thats why human body cant function properly without proper
diet and literally cant be productive in all aspects of life. Thus, Palatiw Elementary
School joined the annual celebration of Nutrition Month celebration with the
Theme: Healthy Diet, Gawing Habit For Life! So that every Filipino citizenry will be
reminded that good health habits and eating right kinds of food are of great
importance especially when childrens nourishment is involved.
As a gesture of showing our support to this program,we,the grade three
department had a grade level Jingle and Rap Competition held last July 21, 2017.
The program begun at 1:30 pm. It started with a prayer led by Mrs.Lani C.
Cambronero and followed by a nationalistic song conducted by Mrs.Merceditas L.
Yap. Our master teacher in charge Mrs. Diana E. Acujeda gave her opening
remarks.Our principal, Mrs. Wilma P. Soriano for her inspirational message.Mrs.
Ma. Jocelyn A. Gabito gave the criteria for judging. Mrs. Bernadette A. Teodoro
introduced the board of judges. Our emcee for the day was Mrs. Lilibeth B. Munda.
The competition had divided into two groups: Group A from sections 1-5 and
Group B from sections 6-10. Group A was the first to showcase their talents. Every
sections showed their creativity in delivering their piece. After Group A, Group B
was next to performed. All of the groups did their best and showed their beautiful
performance. And the winners for the Jingle and Rap Competition are:

Second Place- Three-Brave Second Place-Three-Generous
Third Place- Three-Diligent Third Place- Three-Honest
Three-Courteous Three-Joyful
Fourth Place- Three-Energetic Fourth Place- Three-Industrious

Parents and teachers were very happy to see their children performed. It was
indeed an afternoon of fun!
