Art. 3. Contract Price of the Agreement shall be amended as follows: “The Price to be paid for Natural Gas to be delivered under this Agreement is applicable at the Delivery Point(s) and at a reference temperature of 20° C. The Contract Price for the period April 1%, 2017 - April 30", 2017 shall be: P = 209,00 US-$/1000 Nebm." 2. Except as otherwise stipulated in this Addendum No. 5 all terms and conditions of the Natural Gas Sales Agreement No. 1 as amended shall remain in full force and effect and shall apply to this Addendum No. 5.
