Abstract
This research seeks to identify the mediator role of Psychological
Capital between Fun at Work and Core Competencies for Human
Resources , and in order to achieve this has been the adoption of Scale
(Pe-Than et al. , 2014) for Measure Fun at Work , was the adoption of the
dimensions of Psychological Capital (self-efficacy , hope , optimism ,
and resiliency) based on (Luthans et al. , 2007) as has been the adoption
of dimensions of Core Competencies for Human Resources (Knowledge
, Attitude , and Skill) based on (Al Thobaity,2016 ; McEvoy,2005) . Has
been chosen Al-Kafeel Specialty Hospital a field to search through a
questionnaire form included 293 members of Medical and Nursing Staff .
Have been using confirmatory factor analysis (Structural equation
modeling) and some of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and
simple regression analysis and Path Analysis for determined direct and

indirect effect . Has been reached to a set of conclusions that of the


most important that variable of the Psychological Capital of Increase of
total effect for Fun at Work in Core Competencies for Human Resources
at the level health Environment in Al-Kafeel Specialty Hospital, research
has concluded a number of appropriate recommendations .
