(Violation of RA 9165 (Use of Dangerous Drug)
DATE : September 19, 2017

1. Reference: Police Blotter with Entry No. 001, Page 0001 dtd 17th September
2017 re- subject same as above.

2. Please be informed that on or about 10:00 pm of September 17, 2017 along 123
Lacson Street Bacolod City a drug buy bust operation resulted in the arrest of Japeth Cua y
Brillantes 28 years old, Single, student of the University of Saint La Salle College of Law residing
in 123 Lacson Street Bacolod City.

3. During the operation, an undercover agent disguised as a buyer was approached by

the accused and the agent inquired as to the purchase of the illegal contraband. After the agent was
shown the illegal contraband he was satisfied that the accused can be legally arrested without a
warrant, he revealed himself as a competent officer of the law, to which the accused attempted to
flee and was pursued into 123 Lacson Street. The occupants of the residence upon the entry of the
officer were told to lay on the ground and that they were under arrest, the occupants ran, except
for the accused who immediately complied. Upon lawful search following the lawful arrest the
illegal contraband of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride was found all over the premises in plain
view, and it was discovered that the residence was used as a drug den. P02 Joshua William D. Su
was the officer in charge of the operation.

4. Suspect was turned over to the station investigation division together with the
confiscated evidence for proper action and disposition.

5. The illegal contraband was sealed and signed and is currently in the custody of
P/INS Patrick Jason C. Palma and held and currently processed in the PNP Regional Crime
Laboratory Office 18, Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr. Brgy. Estefania Bacolod City
.
