I-TRAVEL is a online platform where the tour packages offered by major online and offline
tour operators can be compared. Just like, we can compare airline and hotels tariffs/fares, What
if, we could compare tour packages as well and customize them according to our need.

It is observed that we as a customer when planning to go on a tour find it difficult to compare the
tons of packages offered by many tour operators.

We either surf/browse different sites or contact various travel agents to do that for us.

This online platform IN- TRAVEL is a new concept in travel and tourism where comparison
can be made between online and offline operators and offers customers wide range without
accessing to other sites and comparing it.

To provide services of comparison of different travel packages like honeymoon packages,


adventure, family, religious and business corporate packages, catering to all the services required
for the customers. The whole idea is to compare the travel packages from other sources and
websites and get it on one website in order to overcome all the difficulties of browsing each and
individual website I-travel Also includes the time of adventure holiday, duration, package
price per person, holiday destination domestic and international and includes types of activity
preferred

ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN:

I TRAVEL has a flat organization where everyone wears multiple hats and can pitch in to do
anything depending on their expertise, experience, contacts and the strength of their ideas, and
not their hierarchical position. Still we need to assign the important functions which are given
above so that there is someone accountable.
Thus, same person will be playing multiple roles and some of the roles will be totally outsourced
to a third party.
Other employees will have to report in to their respective heads. It is important that our team of
professional advisors be in place before we start the business.

Accounting and Finance manager:
Improve financial accountability in all accounting officers
Improve project planning and management
Efficient allocation of the territorys resources to benefit the general population
Enforcement of tax and regulations

Administrative manager:
Cost control: To Ensure optimum utilization of available resources. Keeping the actual admin
expenditures within budgeted expense ratio
Office Management: To maintain good working atmosphere in the office, ensuring that all
staff follow office etiquettes / discipline
Assets Management: To ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions, regular
maintenance
Stationery and House-keeping Management
Vendor Management: Searching new vendors, tie ups, rate negotiations procurements, bill
processing & payments follow ups
Communication Facilities (mobile and internet)
Compliance Management: To ensure that organisation / branches meets all local as well as
central compliances according to different applicable laws.
Roll Out: - opening / closure / shifting of offices.
Travel Management: Booking of tickets/ cabs / hotels for the for the employees travelling for
the Co.
Event Management: Organising various event meeting / conferences, party, picnic, annual
meets etc

Legal formalities:
A professional will be hired to look into the legal aspect of the business who will be paid
on annual basis.

Operations:
Responsible for data entry, accounts payable, payroll, grant report entry, managing the
organizations HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration
Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and
practices
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission
Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management,
business process and organizational planning.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and
Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication
between support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward
operational excellence.
Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.
Development of individual program budgets
Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
Organization of fiscal documents.
Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

All the important IT related functions will be outsourced to Godaddy and Codecube only
1 IT professional will be hired for coding of websites. Outsourced companies will be
charging the company on annual basis which will include everything from making the
website to processing of orders to delivery of the product.

Background of Entrepreneurs:
All the other functions have been assigned to the members as per their background and interests:
1. Anjali Baithvi has a commerce background with Bachelors in Commerce (Specialized in
accounting and finance) from Ahmedabad followed by Masters in Fashion Management from
NIFT
2. Rajvee Parmar has been a design student with Bachelors in Fashion Design followed by
Masters in Fashion Management from NIFT.

3. Priyanshu Sharma has done B. Commerce and has a prior work experience in field of
advertising and Masters in Fashion Management from NIFT.

Advisory Board
1. Mr. C.S. Bhatt is a member of Public Grievances Commission, NCT at a quasi judicial
position with great knowledge and experience in law sector, so his assistance in matters
pertaining to legalities will be of great help
2. Mr. Prathmesh Gandhi is a CA, CFA working with an accounting firm for mergers and
acquisitions. His knowledge will help the business in issues related to finance and
accounting.
