Facilities at LSTM
• Airport pick-up: LSTM has got its own
representative to pick-up overseas students
from the airport on their arrival. If you
require this service, please contact us at least
one week prior to departure and inform us
the Time and Date of arrival, Carrier name
and Flight Number. However, please note
that we charge £55 for this service as it
involves transportation cost.
• Medical Service: All students here in UK are
entitled to free medical/hospital facilities.
The Student welfare officer of LSTM will be
entrusted with the responsibility of issuing
request letters to health service clinics for
students to register. Once the student is
registered with the general practitioner
(doctor), he/she will be able to avail of all
medical facilities through the UK National
Health Service (NHS).
• Bank Account: Overseas Students are
required to have a bank account in the UK.
The college will assist students in submitting
the relevant documents to open an account.
• Transport and Travel: The Transport for
London (tfl) offers a 30% discount for
students over 18 years of age. Therefore,
every student of LSTM is entitled to apply for
the discount through the college. For more
information please contact the reception
desk.
• Library: LSTM is equipped with a modern
library having wide range of academic books
and journals. Students are encouraged to
gain knowledge and expertise from a mixture
of domains and academic literature.
• English Language Programmes: For students
who need to improve their standard of
English in the continuation of higher studies,
LSTM does provide the requisite programmes on
English Language. Every overseas student is required to
attend an English Language proficiency test on his/her
arrival. If the student fails in the test, they will be
required to take short-course on English before starting
the main course.
• Job: Overseas students are permitted to work up to 20
hours per week during term time and up to 40 hours
during vacations. The Students’ Welfare Officer will
assist in CV preparation and job serach.
Application & Registration Process
Step 1: Collecting the application form: The Application
Form is available to download on the college website:
www.lstmlondon.co.uk. The form can also be collected in
person from the Admissions Office or through our
representatives. The College does mail/post application
forms on request.
Step 2: Completing the application form: Application
form should be filled up by the applicant according to the
instructions and duly signed. The applicant should attach
all the necessary documents listed below:
• Official transcript from educational qualifications
• Two (2) recent passport sized photographs
• Notarised copy of passport/travel documents
• Documentary evidence of English Proficiency
(e.g. IELTS, TOEFL)

Step 3: Sending the application form back:
Applicants can email the completed Application
forms to info@lstmlondon.co.uk or mail it to the

Step 4: Receiving offer from the College:
Upon receiving the completed application form,
the college admissions committee will process
the application. Successful applicants will
receive an offer of Acceptance from the
College. The offer letter will state the college’s
willingness to offer the applicant a place on the
chosen course provided the registration fees
(£200) and the tuition fees have been paid in
full or by installments.
Step 5: Making the payment: The Applicant
should sign the Acceptance Form and send it
back to the admissions office with details of the
mode of payment of the registration and tuition
fees (in full or by installments), to confirm
his/her admission at the College. Please note
that all Drafts/Cheques must be payable to
“London School of Technology and
Management Limited”.
Step 6: Confirmation of Admission: On receipt
of the fees and the acceptance letter, LSTM
would secure your place for the course applied
and will issue the letter of enrolment to the
student. Overseas students may use the letter of
enrolment letter and the visa letter to obtain
their student visa.
