The NJ Department of Environmental Protection will be presenting this
seminar, designed to help Licensed Site Remediation Professionals
(LSRPs) and Environmental Professionals better understand critical
current topics related to the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and
the LSRP Program. This one-day course is also designed to familiarize
stakeholders and practitioners, such as: property owners, developers,
attorneys, environmental advocates and government officials with the site
remediation process.
Topics To Be Discussed
The NJDEP will present the most up-to-date information regarding
implementation of the SRRA including but not limited to the following:
• Overview
• Regulatory and Mandatory Timeframes
• Forms and Fees
• Preparation of Remedial Action Outcomes (RAOs)
• ISRA Compliance under SRRA
• Receptor Evaluations
• Immediate Environmental Concerns (IEC’s)
• Vapor Intrusion
• LNAPL Free Product Remedial Requirements
• Remedial Action Permits (Soil and Ground Water)
• Discharge Permits: Discharge to Ground Water Proposals
• Discharge to Surface Water Proposals
• GIS submissions
