RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SNS PTEA TO WITHDRAW FROM THE SSG

FUNDS TO BE USED FOR THE INDUCTION OF OFFICERS AND SNS DAY ON
SEPTEMBER 8, 2017.

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government of Samar National School is the highest
governing body of student organizations in the school

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government will be conducting an Induction of

Officers and SNS Day

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government is in need of some funds to be used for
the purchase of the materials needed for the event

WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Government has an appropriated funds in the custody
of the SNS Parents, Teachers and Employees Association, Incorporated (SNS-PTEA);

NOW IN MOTION, Zyrel Celso, duly seconded by Paul Adonis Santos

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the SSG will provide necessary

fund to defray for the cost of the materials needed and other related expenses for the benefit of
the whole organization

RESOLVED FURTHER, an amount of Ten thousand six hundred fifty-seven

pesos (10, 657) will be taken from the SSG fund to be used for the Induction of Officers and
SNS Day on September 8, 2017 at Samar National School Campus, Catbalogan City

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of this resolution to all concerned

officials.
