My friends describe me as a friendly person, honest and respectful.

What is the most interesting thing youve done in the past three years?

The most interesting thing Ive done is living in Martos, because my family needs me.

What do you want me to know about you that isnt on your resume?

Ive worked in other jobs that are not related with my studies, but they have been successful.

What type of tasks and responsibilities motivate you the most?

The tasks that motivate me are problem resolution and face new challenges because, for me,
the quiet and lineal jobs are boring.

Why should I hire you and not the next candidate who walks in the door?

Because I hope you to see in me qualities that you have not seen in the other candidates. My
motivation and willing to work hard are in my favour.

Do you prefer to work with others or on your own?

I dont care, Its irrelevant. I like working alone because I am the responsible of the work but I
also like working in a team.

What is your strength? Weakness?

I think that among my strengths I would highlight my motivation, my attitude towards work
and my effectiveness. I am also a communicative person and I have the skills, abilities and
attitudes necessary to work with you.

About my weakness I have to say that I cannot be quiet I always like to be doing something.

Yes, I think that I have some experience in this job and I am efficient, creative and organized.

I have acquired skills as knowing how to work in a team, how to face responsibilities and

What I like about my last job is that I had the capacity of solving problems and I like to work in
difficult situations, its a challenge for me.

What did you choose to study?

I have studied some vocational training (formacin professional) and I also studied Primary
teacher degree. Nowadays Im studying English for a B1 level.

What do you know about our company?

I know that it is a multinational French company dedicated to the production of car

components. And Valeo lighting, here in Martos, is dedicated to plastic injections and the
production of car lights.

What interests you about this organization?

I think that it is an interesting and future sector and one of the best companies of the sector.

Do you have a geographic preference?

No, I prefer working near home but if I have to work outside I am willing to go there.

What are your salary expectations for this position?

I dont care about my salary I only hope to give the company what you need.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I dont know, I only hope to have health.

Yes I have a girlfriend, but I think that this fact doesnt influence this job position.

I think that she really doesnt care about it.
